What documents do I need for my cruise?

How can I pick up or drop off passengers at Port Canaveral?

Will there be someone at the terminal to assist with luggage?

Yes, the Cruise Lines provide Porters to assist with luggage.

Is there disabled parking available at the terminal?
Yes, DISABLED PARKING spaces are available, and the fee is waived for vehicles transporting 
certain persons who have disabilities that: 

  • Have special equipment, such as ramps, lifts, foot or hand controls for use by a disabled person OR  
  • Display a Florida Toll Exemption Permit as explained in s. 316.1964, Florida Statutes OR   
  • Display a Florida Disabled Veteran (DV) license plate issued under s. 320.084; s. 320.0842; or s. 320.0845, Florida Statutes.
Parking agents will not grant parking waivers for any other reason than the ones listed above. 
Do you pay for parking before or after the cruise?
All Port Canaveral parking is pay on entry before the cruise. Parking is $17.00 per day plus tax for vehicles & RVs, including day of arrival and day of departure.
Is there long-term cruise parking at the terminal?
Yes, every terminal has a garage and surface lots. Parking is $17.00 per day plus tax for vehicles & RVs, including day of arrival and day of departure.
Do you accept cash as a form of payment?
At Port Canaveral, we’ve gone cashless to make your experience faster and more convenient! We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

If you’re parking at Cruise Terminal 3, you can also use EPASS and SunPass for seamless payment.
